Who Has Joined the Compact

We are over 60% towards our goal. Already, 11 states with a combined 165 electoral votes have agreed to the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington. The Compact will become effective—and a national popular vote will occur—once additional states worth a combined 105 electoral votes join.
